    High shine, high impact. Patent Lamper is a classic patent leather with a high-shine glossy finish. Make a hard hitting statement this summer with the Turquoise 1460. It fuses summer-ready colour with our notorious durability and attitude, these Original 1460 boots are made as they have been since 1960: with yellow welt stitching, a grooved air-cushioned sole and scripted AirWair heel loop.

    Eligibility for Returns

    In order to be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, with all original garment labels attached. We require a receipt or proof of purchase to complete any return.

    Timeframe for Returns

    You have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return. After this timeframe, we will not be able to offer a refund or exchange.

    Refund Process

    If the item is defective or does not meet the consumer guarantee, we will issue a refund. First, we will offer an exchange for the same item if it is still in stock. If the item is not available, a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.

    Exempt Items

    Some items are exempt from refunds, including gift cards, certain health and beauty products, and undergarments.

    Conditions for Partial Refunds

    In certain cases, a partial refund may be granted. This includes items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or are missing parts for reasons not due to our error.     Shipping

    Please do not send the product back to the manufacturer. It must be returned to James St Boutique at the following address: 5 James Street, Esperance WA 6450. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item, and these costs are non-refundable. The time it takes for the exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping a record of the shipment.
