Eligibility for Returns

In order to be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, with all original garment labels attached. We require a receipt or proof of purchase to complete any return.

Timeframe for Returns

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return. After this timeframe, we will not be able to offer a refund or exchange.

Refund Process

If the item is defective or does not meet the consumer guarantee, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. First, we will offer an exchange for the same item if it is still in stock, or another item from our store. Alternatively a credit will be applied to your customer account for use at a later date.

Exempt Items

In certain cases, a partial refund may be granted. This includes items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or are missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Shipping

Please do not send the product back to the manufacturer. It must be returned to James St Boutique at the following address: 5 James Street, Esperance WA 6450. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item, and these costs are non-refundable.
