    Please note: The placement of the pattern may vary from style to style, making each piece unique.

    Characteristics:

    • Breathable Fabric, soft and comfortable
    • Strong and extremely absorbent.
    • Soft and comfortable.
    • Drapes well and does not have a problem with static.
    • Made in a variety of qualities and weights, and can be made to resemble natural fabrics.
    • Can wrinkle easily.
    • Shrink by 5-10% after wash.
    • Cut oversize to allow for shrinkage (After shrinkage, the garments fall into the appropriate size ranges)

    Care Instructions:

    • Hand washing is best for washable rayon garments.
    • It may shrink, stretch, and possibly bleed dyes all over from being washed in hot water in a washing machine or dried in a dryer
    • Rayon does not melt but burns at high temperatures.
    • Most of the washable rayon garments today are labelled "hand wash, cool water, dry or dry flat". This is important to follow because when rayon is wet, it loses 30% to 50% of its strength.

    At James St Boutique, we understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations or fit perfectly. That's why we have a comprehensive returns policy in place to ensure your satisfaction.

    Eligibility for Returns

    In order to be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, with all original garment labels attached. We require a receipt or proof of purchase to complete any return.

    Timeframe for Returns

    You have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return. After this timeframe, we will not be able to offer a refund or exchange.

    Refund Process

    If the item is defective or does not meet the consumer guarantee, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. First, we will offer an exchange for the same item if it is still in stock, or another item from our store. Alternatively a credit will be applied to your customer account for use at a later date.

    Exempt Items

    Some items are exempt from refunds, including gift cards, certain health and beauty products, food items, swimwear, and undergarments.

    Conditions for Partial Refunds

    In certain cases, a partial refund may be granted. This includes items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or are missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Additionally, any item returned more than 30 days from the purchase date may be eligible for a partial refund at the discretion of management.

    Fees

    Please note that in some cases, a 10% restocking fee is applicable for returns processed through shopify. This fee is imposed to cover the transaction charges levied by shopify. We acknowledge that this fee may cause an inconvenience, but it is a necessary measure that aligns with the terms and conditions set by shopify.

    Refund Approval and Processing

    Upon receipt of your return, it will be inspected, and you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

    Late or Missing Refunds

    If you have not received a refund yet, please check your bank account and contact your credit card company. It may take some time for the refund to be officially posted. If you have completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at shop@jamesstboutique.com.au.

    Shipping

    Please do not send the product back to the manufacturer. It must be returned to James St Boutique at the following address: 5 James Street, Esperance WA 6450. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item, and these costs are non-refundable. The time it takes for the exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping a record of the shipment.
